Athletic Registration

This year for Athletic Registration the D.C. Everest School District is using Arbiter. A platform that allows schools to manage online registrations for sports programs and activities, including collecting necessary information and paperwork. This will replace our previous program rSchool. 

Step 1:

• Create an Arbiter account.
• Save your username and password in a secure place.
• Check your email for an activation message and follow the link to activate your account.

Step 2:

Register your Student Athlete(s)

• Senior High (Grades 10-12) Athletic Registration
• Middle School/Junior High (Grades 6-9) Athletic Registration

Once logged in, select Register Now and follow the prompts:

• Fill out all required information (you can save and finish later if needed).
• Upload electronic versions of required documents—especially your student’s current physical form
• Review and accept all policies and agreements.
• Sign where indicated. Signatures required for both Parent/Guardian and Student Athlete.
• Continue and if anything required is missing, you’ll be prompted to complete it before submitting.

Once you submit the athlete registration form you will receive a confirmation email.

Step 3:

Parents/Guardians can make payment for athletic fees through the Infinite Campus Student Portal. Fees will not be posted to the student portal until the beginning of August.
