School Supplies

4K Program

Each 4K site will provide parents/guardians with a school supply list.

Elementary

The district will supply the majority of school supplies for Grades K-5.

Families are responsible for the following school supplies: 

• Grade K-4 Pencil Case
• Grade 5 Large Zipper Pouch
• Old t-shirt to use for an art smock
• Backpack
• A pair of tennis shoes that can be worn on days the students have gym class (are not kept at school)

Middle School

Families are responsible for the following school supplies:

5 Wide-Ruled Spiral Notebooks. One of each color:

• Blue
• Yellow
• Red
• Purple
• Green

5 Two-Pocket Plastic Folders. One of each color:

• Blue
• Yellow
• Red
• Purple
• Green

Basic Items

• 6 Two-pocket folders (any design) for encore/elective classes
• Two dozen #2 pencils with erasers
• Fabric or plastic pencil bag/box
• 12-pack of colored pencils
• Glue stick
• 10-pack Crayola markers
• 2 Highlighters
• 4–6 Dry erase markers (blue or black)
• Backpack

Gym Supplies

• Gym shoes (required for P.E. class)
• Shirt with student name written on it (to be left in gym locker). Shirt can be purchased at Open House for $5.00 or brought from home.

Optional Items

• Binder/Trapper Keeper
• Daily/Weekly Planner
• Deodorant (to leave in gym locker)

Junior High

For the 2025-2026 school year, D.C. Everest Junior High students will be responsible for their own school supplies. Each student will be responsible for a moderate supply of notebooks, folders, pencils, and pens for each class for the school year.

There are some extra supplies available if you are in need. The supplies will be available during open house or see your school counselor.

Physical Education Shirt – you may use any school appropriate t-shirt or it is optional to purchase a school issued Physical Education t-shirt.

Senior High

The Senior High School has multiple course offerings, of which have varied requirements for school supplies. Our best advice is to purchase a moderate supply of pencils and pens and a notebook for each class. Teachers will provide lists of the needed supplies on the first day of classes.
